Musical Theatre Guild will present the musical comedy “I Love You, You're Perfect, Now Change” at 8 p.m. Friday and Saturday as well as July 18 and 19 and at 3 p.m. July 20 at the MTG William A. Lehnerd Production Center in Memorial Park. Tickets are $17, available at May's Music Shoppe.

Freeport Theatre Festival celebrates its 25th summer season with “Spirit of the Revolution,” a historical drama inspired by the real life of American Revolution veteran James Steel, as written and directed by Rennick Steele. The play opens Friday and continues at 7 p.m. Fridays, Saturdays and Sundays through July 27 at the theater on the Steele Farm, 2498 White Cloud Road, two miles south of Freeport off Route 356.
