SAXONBURG — District Judge Sue Haggerty recently heard these cases:

Warren S. Baker, 30, of Cabot waived to court charges of indecent exposure and disorderly conduct, filed June 11 by state police.

Zachary J. Bayne, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed May 9 by Penn Township police. Bayne was ordered to pay $1,464 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Kaiir J. Bazemore, 20, of Cabot waived to court charges of simple assault and harassment, filed June 13 by state police.

James R. Conklin, 20, of Evans City waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and driving an unregistered vehicle, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police.

Jacob Greathouse, 24, of Evans City pleaded guilty to a charge of bad checks, filed Feb. 28 by Buffalo Township police. Greathouse was ordered to pay $827.31 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Jerad R. Jewart, 27, of Chicora was held for court on charges of possessing a controlled substance and drug paraphernalia, filed Feb. 5.

Justis Mahan, 18, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of criminal mischief, filed May 9 by Penn Township police. Mahan was ordered to pay $1,464 in restitution, fines and court costs.

Timothy W. Pears, 26, of Chicora waived to court charges of theft, conspiracy to commit theft, receiving stolen property, fleeing or attempting to elude police, driving with a suspended license and reckless driving, filed June 16 by Penn Township police.

Emilio L. Rosario, 21, of Butler pleaded guilty to a charge of possessing drug paraphernalia, filed April 24 by Middlesex Township police.

Christopher L. Visnesky, 24, of Freeport waived to court charges of possessing with intent to deliver a controlled substance and possessing a controlled substance, filed Oct. 25 by state police.

CHICORA — District Judge Lewis Stoughton recently heard these cases filed by state police:Sheila M. Cypher, 55, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence, driving on the wrong side of the road, disregarding traffic lanes and careless driving, filed June 16.Kammeron L. McKenzie, 24, of LaBelle, Fayette County, waived to court charges of reckless endangerment, simple assault and harassment, filed March 15.Amanda N. Tiell, 20, of Chambersburg, Franklin County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence, DUI by a minor, driving at an unsafe speed, disregarding traffic lanes and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 19.Frank J. Wotus, 26, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI, driving a vehicle with illegal sunscreening, careless driving and not wearing a seat belt, filed May 19.
