Ashley Hortert and Jeffrey Byrns, both of Butler were united in marriage May 24, 2014, at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at the Aubreys Dubbs Dred Golf Course. The bride is the daughter of Wendy and Albert Hortert of West Sunbury. Parents of the bridegroom are Margo Byrns and the late Jeffrey I. Byrns of Butler. The honor attendant was Bailey Weitzel of Butler. Bridesmaids included Kimberly Dobson and Amanda Galvan, both of Butler. The flower girls were Kyla Hortert and Mia Galvan, both of Butler. Performing the duties of best man was Bob Miller of Butler. Ushers included Denny Garcia, Eric Hortert, Jake Dobson and Declan Dobson, all of Butler. The ring bearer was Tyler Galvan of Butler. The bride is a 2001 graduate of Moniteau High School. She is employed by USIS in Boyers. The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 1990. He is employed by Boscov’s in Butler. Following a honeymoon trip to the Poconos the couple is making their home in Butler.
