Brian Tempest and April Brandt

The engagement of April Lynn Brandt of Harmony, formerly of Butler, and Brian Michael Tempest of Harmony, formerly of Zelienople, has been announced.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Victoria Brandt of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Jeffrey and Debra Tempest of Zelienople.

The future bride is a 2010 graduate of Butler High School. She is pursuing a nursing degree.

She is an emergency medical technician at Butler Ambulance.

Her fiance graduated in 2008 from Seneca Valley High School.

He is an electrician in the electrical union.
