Homeless man faces attempted homicide charge
A homeless man who fought another homeless man over a $5 bill has been charged additionally with attempted homicide.
Scott A. Fosnaught was ordered by a district judge Monday afternoon to stand trial on an aggravated assault charge, along with the new charge.
Mark Graham suffered a 10-inch long, 1-inch deep cut in the May 13 altercation in the city.
