In loving memory of Dustin “Big D” Nicholas Hoffmann, 37, formerly of Cranberry Township, who passed away Thursday, May 1. He was a Seneca Valley graduate who served from Jan. 31, 2002 to Oct. 29, 2009 in the U.S. Air Force, rising to the rank of Staff Sergeant. He volunteered to serve two tours overseas in Operations Enduring Freedom and Iraqi Freedom. He was a strong, kind, fun-loving father, who loved his family more than anything and was always faithful to those who confided in him. To cherish his memory, he leaves behind his wife Jaime L. (Kuttesch) Hoffmann; his son, Dustin N. II; his daughter, Gabriella N., and his son, Nathan A. He is also survived by his father, John “Bro” E. Hoffmann Jr.; his mother, Catherine R. (DiCaprio) Hoffmann; his brothers, John E. Hoffmann III and Ryan “RJ” J. Hoffmann; his grandmother, Maria “Oma” DiCaprio; his nephews, Cole M. Hoffmann and Elijah K. Hoffmann, and his niece, Elliana R. Hoffmann. He will be deeply missed by all of his family and friends.
