Abuse of our Constitution by President Barack Obama endangers our freedom and our nation. Obama’s blatant use of executive orders and his dictatorial use of the regulatory agencies demonstrate his tyrannical and power-seeking agenda.

It is the sworn duty of the other branches of government to prohibit this overreach by the executive branch. As president he does not have the power to enact, amend or repeal laws that he doesn’t agree with. It is his sworn obligation to uphold and enforce all laws as they were written by Congress.

Neither he, nor the Department of Justice under his supervision, has the authority to selectively enforce laws. It is the obligation of the other branches of government to stop this presidential exploitation of our Constitution and to remind him that he is President Obama, not King Obama.

It is also the responsibility of the fourth branch of government, the sovereign people, to end this presidential abuse.
