Padded project

Regarding the Butler County Commissioners’ request for bids for a new district judge office in Cranberry Township.
Are you people crazy? Why would we need a building, at an estimated cost of $1.3 million to $1.43 million, for an office to be frequented by the losers of society?
How about a nice block building instead, nicely furnished, at probably one-tenth the cost? At the rate of $6,000 a month you are saying now, it could be paid off in 18 months.
Then the estimated $20,000 to remove a trailer and garage from the property. How about finding some guys from the county who need some work, and would probably do it for half the cost — and would be happy for the work?
