HARRISBURG — Butler Mayor Tom Donaldson will be a speaker at a pro-gun rights rally here next week, according to a news release issued by state Rep. Daryl Metcalfe, R-12th.

Gun owners from across the state will meet on the steps of the State Capitol at 10 a.m. Tuesday for the Commonwealth for the PA Second Amendment Action Day, organized by Metcalfe.

A live webcast will be streamed on Metcalfe’s official website at 9:55 a.m.

In January, Donaldson was the focus of an eight-minute National Rifle Association video on gun rights affecting mayoral elections.
