Sunday — Two loaded Glock .40-caliber magazines were stolen from a car parked in the 600 block of Center Avenue. The theft happened between Saturday night and about 10 a.m. Sunday.Sunday — Two cars on Wallula Avenue were broken into overnight.A wallet was taken from one of the cars, owned by a 28-year-old Crawford County woman. She said the wallet contained credits cards, personal identification and $20.A Butler man, who owns the other vehicle, reported that $100 in change was taken. He said the vehicle was unlocked.12:10 a.m. Saturday — Timothy A. Houtz, 29, of Butler is accused of punching out a window of a car that his ex-girlfriend, 36-year-old Rebecca Ann Adkins of Butler, was driving on North Elm Street.The altercation came after Houtz allegedly chased Adkins out of a house in the 400 block of West Jefferson Street. Adkins tried to drive away but Houtz caught up to the car and punched the driver's side rear window, shattering it, according to a police report.Houtz faces charges of criminal mischief, disorderly conduct and harassment. Adkins was cited for driving with a suspended license and Jason A. Ramsey, 39, of Chicora, the car's owner, was cited for permitting a violation of title.

4:23 p.m. Sunday — Brian S. Rainey, 31, of Homer City, Indiana County, was arrested after an altercation with a woman on Route 422 in West Franklin Township over a child custody dispute. Rainey is charged with disorderly conduct and resisting arrest.

Friday — An unknown vandal caused about $1,000 worth of damage to a garage door at a home on Route 19 about one mile south of Interstate 80 in Springfield Township. The vandalism happened between 7 a.m. Thursday and noon Friday.Friday — A box containing personal papers and a 5-gallon container of kerosene were taken from the bed of a pickup truck at the Jefferson Estates trailer park in Jefferson Township, Mercer County. The theft happened between 9 p.m. Thursday and 6:30 a.m. Friday.3:28 p.m. April 14 — Tiphani Spaulding, 19, and Timothy Frantz, 26, both of Mercer, were caught allegedly shoplifting merchandise from the County Market at the Pine Grove Square plaza in Pine Township, Mercer County. Both face charges of retail theft.
