Justin Neal and Kelly Lake

An October wedding is being planned by Kelly Lake and Justin Neal, both of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Cathy and Jeff Lake of Slippery Rock. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Maryann and Keith Neal of Carlisle.

The future bride received a bachelor’s in elementary and early childhood education from Slippery Rock University. She holds master’s degrees from SRU, California (Pa.) University and Duquesne University.

She is the supervisor for the Pre-K Counts program at the Allegheny Intermediate Unit in Pittsburgh.

The future bridegroom received a bachelor’s in criminal justice from SRU.

He is a sales executive for Huntington Bank.
