Not supreme law

As everyone knows, the U.S. Congress passed the law relating to health insurance commonly known as ObamaCare.
As everyone also knows, President Barack Obama has attempted to change or delay certain parts of that law by so-called executive order as they might affect his political friends, supporters, campaign contributors, etc.
His actions in attempting to do so are illegal and violate both the U.S. Constitution and his oath of office.
Only Congress can make laws. The president can neither make nor change the law as he pleases. Article I Section 8 of the U.S. Constitution specifically provides and mandates that Congress shall “make all laws which shall be necessary and proper for carrying into execution all powers vested by this Constitution in the government of the United States or in any department or officer thereof.”
The duty and obligation of the president of the United States is set forth in Article II Section 3 of the Constitution, which states that the president “shall take care that the laws be faithfully executed.” There is nothing in the Constitution which gives or authorizes the president to change the law or enforce only those parts he likes.
Furthermore, when Obama was sworn into office, he took an oath and promise to God as required by the Constitution. Article II Section 1 states:
“Before he (the president) enter on the execution of his office, he shall take the following oath or affirmation: “I do solemnly swear (or affirm) that I will faithfully execute the office of president of the United States, and will to the best of my ability, preserve, protect and defend the Constitution of the United States.”
In order to faithfully execute the presidency, Obama must enforce the law as written. He is not doing that and is therefore violating both his oath to God and the U.S. Constitution.
There cannot be any doubt that Obama’s acts and policy decision violate the Constitution.
Article VI states “this Constitution and the laws of the United States which shall be made in pursuance thereof shall be the supreme law of the land.”
Obama apparently believes he is the supreme law of the U.S. He is not. His violation of the U.S. Constitution and the law along with the fact that he ignores his oath determines the type of person he is. If an ordinary citizen violates the law, he would be called a criminal. If the President violates the law, what is he called?
