Woman dies in 2-car crash on Rt. 19

MUDDY CREEK TWP — A 21-year-old Rochester, Beaver County, woman was killed Thursday night in a two-car accident on Route 19.
State police say Emily Hilliard was traveling southbound about 10:15 p.m. when she lost control of her vehicle just north of Bauder Mill Road.
Hilliard’s car veered into the soft gravel on the shoulder of the southbound lane before swerving back onto the road. Her car crossed the center line of the road and was struck by an oncoming vehicle driven by Susan Graham, 54, of Butler.
The collision caused Hilliard’s car to flip. It came to rest on its roof down an embankment.
Hilliard was pronounced dead at the scene by the Butler County Coroner’s office.
The police report did not have information if Graham was injured.
State police are still investigating the incident.
