Jason and Nicole Thompson
Nicole Nocera and Jason Thompson, both of Butler, were united in marriage Oct. 11 at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at the Days Inn Crystal Room.

The bride is the daughter of James and Patricia Nocera of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Bruce and Allison Thompson of Corsica, Pa.
The honor attendant was Ashley Nocera of Butler. Bridesmaids included Ally Vignone, Caitlin Thompson, Heather Powell, Kassandra Hearn, MacKenzie Fagan, Rebecca Byers and Stephanie Seretti. Malia Hollenbaugh and KayLea Powell were junior bridesmaids.
The flower girl was Chloe Klein of Butler.
Performing the duties of best man was Will Northey of Clarion. Groomsmen included Anthony Hollock, Dan Smathers, Matt Nocera, Matt Wayland, Mike Schaberl, Pat Renninger and Jess Taylor.
The ring bearer was Caleb Klein of Butler.
The bride is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School. She received a bachelor’s degree from Mercyhurst University in 2007 and a master’s degree from Robert Morris University in 2012.
She is an eighth-grade English teacher at National Network of Digital Schools in Rochester, Pa.
The bridegroom graduated from Clarion-Limestone High School in 2002 and from Triangle Tech in 2012.
He is an electrician at Cervis in Warrendale.
Following a honeymoon trip to Riviera Maya, Mexico, the couple is residing in Butler.
