Rodgers, Palermo
Lauren Rodgers and Joseph Palermo, both of Mars, were united in marriage Oct. 5 at St. Paul Catholic Church. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at the Pittsburgh Marriott North.
The bride is the daughter of George and Cathy Rodgers of Fenelton and Kathleen Wilbert-Rodgers of Chicora. Parents of the bridegroom are Robert and Polly Palermo of Butler.
The honor attendant was Valerie Rodgers of Pittsburgh. Bridesmaids included Lisa Rodgers of Butler, Gretchen Dron of Butler, Susan Kobik of Saxonburg, Caroline Bovalino of Aliquippa, Jill Tatangelo of Pittsburgh, Ryanne Palermo of Seven Fields, Lindsay Hohn of Pittsburgh and Megan Jones of Pittsburgh.
Performing the duties of best man was Jeremy Palermo of Seven Fields. Groomsmen included Ian Palermo of Allison Park, David Crissman of Butler, Dan Tatangelo of Pittsburgh, Jason Mefford of Slippery Rock, Garrett Rettig of Butler, Stephen Rodgers of Butler, Jerrod Markle of Butler and Nate Bilski of Butler.
The bride is a 2006 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 graduate of Robert Morris University.
She is employed by Schneider Downs and Co. in Pittsburgh.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2005. He graduated from Robert Morris University in 2009.
He is employed by Autobody Products in Butler.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Mars.
