My family and I wish to recognize the Butler Veterinary Associates Inc. and Emergency Center for excellent care when my service dog suffered an accidental life-threatening injury.

The emergency center was prepared to treat his critical injury as soon as we arrived, saving Bugs’ life. Surgery followed immediately and included amputation of his hind leg. We received frequent updates and reassurance during and after surgery.

Bugs has recovered quickly and is making great progress getting back to his old self. Our community is very fortunate to have this facility with such a loving and wonderful staff available.
