CLINTON TWP — II-VI Inc. announced this morning that chief financial officer Craig Creaturo has resigned to pursue other interests.

Creaturo will remain in his current position until a successor is appointed, and he will continue to assist the company as an employee through Feb. 28. After that, he will be an adviser to the company for six months to ensure a smooth transition, according to a company news release.

The company has started a search for new CFO.

President and CEO Francis Kramer said, “Craig has been a valuable employee of II-VI since he joined us over 15 years ago and has been a trusted colleague of mine since he became an officer of the company in 2000.”

With its headquarters on Saxonburg Boulevard, II-VI makes engineered materials and optoelectronic components.
