There will be several road restrictions in southwestern Butler County that may cause delays for motorists, the state Department of Transportation announced this morning.

PennDOT will close Three Degree Road between Railroad Street and Sterrett Street in Valencia from 6 a.m. Saturday through 6 a.m. Tuesday to do railroad crossing repair.

There also will be single lane restrictions and shoulder closures for pipe and inlet inspections on state roads in Cranberry Township on Oct. 24.

Traffic will be impacted on Route 228 between Dutilh Road and Route 19 and on Freedom Road between Route 19 and the intersection at the former Sheetz store.
