Jordan Foley and Katharine Miller are happy to announce their engagement and forthcoming marriage.
Jordan Foley, the son of Jeffrey and Kathleen (Sommariva) Foley, is a 2012 graduate of distinction, top 10 in his class, from the United States Naval Academy in Annapolis, Md. Katharine Miller, the daughter of Jeff and Karin Miller of Cheswick, is a 2012, magna cum laude graduate of American University in Washington, D.C.
Jordan and Katie, both Shady Side Academy graduates, were engaged in Vienna, Austria, at the end of June. They lived in Vienna until the end of September, when Jordan finished his duties at the United Nations. They returned to Boston where Jordan is attending graduate school at Massachusetts Institute of Technology.
The couple is planning a South Carolina wedding in 2015.
