Noisy neighbors

I live in Slippery Rock Township, near an apartment building that is just across the municipal line in the borough.

The law protects obnoxious people who feel it appropriate and necessary to be as loud as possible. They play their car stereos so loud on the road below, it vibrates my trailer.

Where are the laws to protect my 9-year-old autistic daughter who is supposed to be entitled to sleep?

If these people have to be so loud, then why don’t they move to a different area? Where is the justice in this? It is 2 a.m. and I have yelled at the college students next door — and it is a nightly event. And they are still being loud.

These are supposed to be people who will end up running this country.
