A July 26 wedding is being planned by Brittany Thompson and Randy Merwin, both of Parker.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Robert and Tammy Thompson of Parker. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Richard Merwin of Parker and Patricia Merwin of Kittanning.

The bride-elect is a 2006 graduate of Allegheny-Clarion Valley High School and a 2010 graduate of Butler County Community College.

She is employed by The Farmers National Bank of Emlenton in Emlenton.

Her fiancé graduated in 2004 from A-C Valley High School.

He is employed by Universal Forest Products in Parker.
