Clay Township site of 2 accidents



CLAY TWP — Two vehicle accidents in the township Friday night required the support of medical helicopters, according to Butler County 911 reports.
The first crash occurred just after 7 p.m. on Mahood Road east of Miller School Lane.
The second accident happened less than four hours later at 10:55 p.m. on Halston Road.
The West Sunbury Volunteer Fire Department responded to both accidents, while fire crews from Unionville assisted at the accident on Mahood Road.
No state police reports on the accidents were available Saturday morning.
