District Judge Dave Kovach recently heard these cases filed by Cranberry Township police:

Tara Ehrenberger, 34, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on Aug. 2 charged her with retail theft, defiant trespass and driving with a suspended license.

Ashley Nicole Guntrum, 27, of Library waived her case to court. Police on July 9 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Steven Richard Kautz, 33, of Springdale waived his case to court. Police on Sept. 11 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and resisting arrest.

Kalyn Marie Jancay, 24, of Sewickley waived her case to court. Police on July 16 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and drugs.

Nicole Lucille Platt, 22, of Butler waived her case to court. Police on June 14 charged her with conspiracy, receiving stolen property and retail theft.

Nicole Lisa Ann Berline, 23, of New Brighton waived her case to court. Police on May 24 charged her with retail theft and conspiracy.

Rodney S. Tubbs, 47, of New Castle waived his case to court. Police on July 23 charged him with making a false written statement.

Nicholas Pierre Drain, 21, of Mars waived his case to court. Police on June 25 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance and possession of a controlled substance.

Ryan C. Krause, 22, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on July 16 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Shawn Andrew Green, 33, of Renfrew waived his case to court. Police on May 24 charged him with simple assault.

Randy Paul Link, 23, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Oct. 12 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance, possession of marijuana, possession of drug paraphernalia, driving without insurance and driving an unregistered vehicle.

Bradley William Janectic, 29, of New Brighton waived his case to court. Police on May 24 charged him with retail theft and conspiracy.

Jeanette Lillian Rupp, 25, of Emlenton waived her case to court. Police on June 14 charged her with conspiracy, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Faith Marie Farren, 36, of Cranberry Township waived her case to court. Police on July 9 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Gerald Louis Conklin, 47, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on April 5 charged him with writing bad checks, theft by deception and receiving stolen property.

Aaron John Ilnicki, 34, of Allison Park waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 9 charged him with retail theft.

Elijah Peterson, 21, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on May 28 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Anthony Maurice Lloyd, 30, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on July 11 charged him with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Amber Burks, 33, of Pittsburgh waived her case to court. Police on July 12 charged her with possession with the intent to deliver a controlled substance.

Barbara Lynn McKissick, 43, of Butler waived her case to court. Police on May 5 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Amanda Lynn Hollerman, 23, of Zelienople waived her case to court. Police on June 14 charged her with theft by unlawful taking and receiving stolen property.

Andrew Phillip Nordberg, 23, of Butler waived his case to court. Police on June 27 charged him with theft by deception.

Jerome C. Taylor, Jr., 42, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on May 28 charged him with retail theft.

Bruce James Ramsey, 33, of Burgettstown waived his case to court. Police on May 17 charged him with forgery, theft by deception, receiving stolen property and writing bad checks.

Ashley Hake, 26, of Evans City waived her case to court. Police on May 1 charged her with giving false identification to police, retail theft and receiving stolen property.

Manaf Jamal Zaghab, 19, of Pittsburgh waived his case to court. Police on June 24 charged him with conspiracy, retail theft, receiving stolen property and possessing an instrument of crime.

Mathew Owens, 20, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on Aug. 17 charged him with making terroristic threats.

Luke Edward Roginski, 22, of Morgan waived his case to court. Police on June 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Brian Lynn Murphy Jr., 25, of Fombell waived his case to court. Police on April 18 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Linda Carol Glies, 70, of Fombell waived her case to court. Police on July 25 charged her with retail theft.

James Adam Meier, 30, of Sandy Lake waived his case to court. Police on Dec. 11 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol, careless driving and reckless driving.

Miranda Lee Hutchison, 26, of Nashville, Tenn., waived her case to court. Police on Dec. 11 charged her with driving under the influence of alcohol and careless driving.

Jeremy Jekel, 33, of Cranberry Township waived his case to court. Police on May 24 charged him with driving under the influence of alcohol.

Dylan Dred McCole, 21, of Valencia waived his case to court. Police on June 27 charged him with theft from a motor vehicle and receiving stolen property.

Felicia Huffman, 34, of Ellwood City waived her case to court. Police on July 21 charged her with driving under the influence of a controlled substance, driving without a license and careless driving.

Lawrence Richard Sadowski, 29, of Zelienople waived his case to court. Police on July 20 charged him with public drunkenness, disorderly conduct, possession of marijuana and possession of drug paraphernalia.

Tiffany A. Dorris, 31, of Mars waived her case to court. Police on June 5 charged her with resisting arrest, disorderly conduct, driving under the influence of alcohol and driving with a suspended license.

Grossman, 47, of Slippery Rock waived to court charges of retail theft and possessing drug paraphernalia, filed July 24.Keith A. Nebel, 40, of Butler waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia, speeding and careless driving, filed June 12.Kayla Ann Nye, 24, of Slippery Rock waived to court a charge of retail theft, filed July 24.Shelly Ann Raynovich, 33, of Butler waived to court charges of DUI and three counts of child endangerment, filed Aug. 27.Jacob K. Wike, 30, of Kennerdell, Venango County, waived to court charges of driving under the influence of a controlled substance, possessing drug paraphernalia and failing to yield to an emergency vehicle, filed July 11.
