Rumors of war

Here we go again: Your tax dollars at work.

The U.S. Government’s mainstream media is showing on television women and children killed in Syria. In Cheney’s Iraq war, the U.S. military killed 1.6 million men, women and children and none of those pictures or videos were shown. They were not allowed to show dead soldiers caskets coming home.

Now another Tonkin Gulf Resolution comes to my mind, and it bothers me.

Is it our business to get involved in another for-profit war by the military-industrial complex? The question in my mind is whether the alleged chemical attack was actually carried out by the rebels or other groups in Syria.

I have a problem with the U.S. arming one side of a civil war in Syria, when these weapons may be turned against the U.S., as they were in Afghanistan.

If the war-monger politicians in Washington were made to send their children and grandchildren to the front lines of these wars instead of other people’s children and grandchildren, there would be no wars.
