Kowalik, Rattigan
Kristen Kowalik and Tyler Rattigan, both of Butler, were united in marriage Aug. 10 at St. Michael the Archangel Roman Catholic Church in Butler. The Rev. Kevin Fazio officiated. A reception followed at the Days Inn Crystal Room.
The bride is the daughter of Paul and MaryAnn Kowalik of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Patrick and Stacey Rattigan of Butler.
The honor attendant was Allison Sharp of Butler. The bridesmaid was Laura Kowalik of New Alexandria.
Performing the duties of best man was Nate Poole of Butler. Ushers included Steve Kowalik and Travis Rattigan, both of Butler.
The bride is a 2008 graduate of Butler High School. She attended Butler County Community College and is attending Slippery Rock University to attain her master’s degree as a nurse practitioner.
She is a nurse at Allegheny Valley Hospital.
The bridegroom graduated from Butler High School in 2008. He graduated from Butler County Community College in 2011.
He is a technical support analyst for NexTier Bank headquarters and is completing his bachelor’s degree in information security.
Following a honeymoon trip to Hawaii, the couple is making their home in Butler Township.
