Jason Thompson and Nicole Nocera

An Oct. 11 wedding is being planned by Nicole Nocera and Jason Thompson, both of Butler.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of James and Patricia Nocera of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bruce and Allison Thompson of Strattanville, Pa.

The bride-elect is a 2003 graduate of Butler High School, a 2007 graduate of Mercyhurst University and a 2012 graduate of Robert Morris University.

She is a substitute teacher for area schools.

Her fiance graduated in 2002 from Clarion-Limestone High School and in 2012 from Triangle Tech.

He is employed as a PLC technician for Traco in Cranberry Township.
