Too lenient?
Where in all that is holy did that Edward Myers get such a demonic idea to set a child on fire? (“Boy allegedly set on fire,” July 11) I cannot imagine anybody that is sane doing that to a 7-year-old boy.
Would that our courts and laws give him the same treatment. Perhaps our laws are too soft. Is that why more and more unlawful acts are committed?
