State police and volunteer firefighters are looking for a man who they suspect jumped from a bridge along Route 422, Lawrence County, near McConnells Mill State Park.

An emergency services source said the search is centered on the driver of a car that was abandoned on a bridge along the road.

Involved in the search are firefighters from Slippery Rock and Scott townships, both in Lawrence County, Portersville, and Neshannock swift water rescue.

The bridge is about 50 feet over a creek.
