Benjamin Peters and Melinda Ealy

A December wedding is being planned by Melinda Ealy of Chicora and Benjamin Peters of Bruin.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Timothy and Marcy Ealy of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Dennis and Amy Peters of Bruin.

The bride-elect is a 2009 graduate of Karns City High School. She graduated in 2011 from the Western Pennsylvania Hospital School of Nursing.

She is employed by ACMH Hospital in East Franklin Township as a registered nurse.

Her fiance graduated in 2009 from Karns City High School. In 2011, he graduated from Pittsburgh Technical Institute.

He is a private first class in the U.S. Army.
