Following are the Seneca Valley and Mars athletes who medaled by placing in the top eight in their respective events at the WPIAL Class AAA Track and Field Championships, held Thursday at Baldwin High School. Those who qualified for the upcoming state championship meet appear in bold.

Boys
Class AAA
