• The Centennial School will hold its fifth annual Student Talent Show at 12:50 p.m. in the gymnasium. Dozens of students will perform musical and other acts. • Market Day pickup will be held from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. at the elementary school cafeteria. • The Mars Planet Foundation board of directors will meet at 6:30 p.m. at the district administration office, 545 Route 228. The foundation, a nonprofit organization, serves to develop, promote and finance educational programs, activities and projects within the school district. • The middle school's band, orchestra and seventh-grade chorus will offer a Spring Concert at 6:30 p.m. in the high school auditorium. • The middle school will hold its annual Track & Field Day at the Mars Athletic Complex. Students in seventh and eighth grades will participate in numerous running events as well as the long jump, high jump, discus toss and more. In the event of inclement weather, Track & Field Day will be rescheduled for Thursday. For more information, call 724-625-3145. Thursday • The Primary Center will hold its annual Olympic Fun Day. Students in kindergarten and first grade will participate in a variety of activities including a three-legged race, an obstacle course, potato sack race, tug of war and more. Friday • Second graders at the elementary school will participate in World Record Field Days from noon to 3 p.m. • The district's Parent Advisory Council meeting at 1:45 p.m. will include a Title I Reading presentation regarding how to bring digital literacy to students' homes. Monday • Memorial Day will be observed throughout the district. No classes will be held.
