Timothy J. Synowsky
Timothy J. Synowsky, 51, of Butler died unexpectedly Tuesday evening at his home.
Born Sept. 18, 1961, in Butler, he was a son of the late William and Margaret “Peg” (Norton) Synowsky.
Timothy was a member of the Local 323 of Butler, Laborers Union. Most recently he worked for the Cost Construction Co., but had also worked for various other contractors.
He was a member of St. Paul Roman Catholic Church in Butler, was an excellent cook, was an avid sports fan, especially the Pittsburgh Steelers and Pittsburgh Penguins, but mostly enjoyed spending time with his sons.
Surviving are his wife, Sharon (Romanovich) Synowsky, who he married Feb. 24, 2001; two sons, Colton Timothy Synowsky and Brady Andrew Synowsky at home; four brothers, Kevin (Carol) Synowsky of Butler, Bill (Tracy) Synowsky of Georgia, Jim Synowsky of Georgia and Doug Synowsky of Naples, Fla.; nieces and nephews, Erica and Ron Lehman, Stephen Synowsky, Stephanie Synowsky, Jarrod Synowsky, Ian Synowsky, Abby Synowsky, Sophia Romanovich and Tyler Romanovich; and one great-nephew, Jackson Lehman.
SYNOWSKY — Friends of Timothy J. Synowsky, who died Tuesday, May 14, 2013, will be received at the Geibel Funeral Home, 201 E. Cunningham St., Butler, from 6 to 9 p.m. today. A Mass of Christian burial will be celebrated at 10 a.m. Saturday at St. Paul Roman Catholic Church, 128 N. McKean St., Butler.Information also is available at www.geibelfuneralhome.com.
