That Butler County’s own version of socialized medicine, the Sunnyview Nursing and Rehabilitation Center, continues to destroy wealth is an indictment of the county commissioners who continue to force taxpayers to support an illegitimate function of government.

Union official Tamara Lefcowitz, who portrays private nursing home operators as “bottom feeders,” has it exactly backwards. It is the county government that is bottom-feeding on taxpayers whose wealth is looted to support this socialist government enterprise.
