Postal options exist

I have training in marketing, management and accounting.
The answer to the U.S. Postal Service’s deficits and the money shortfalls tied to Saturday mail delivery is not only to cut expenses; the postal system must also take advantage of U.S. Government support and create new revenue.
I feel the postal service should offer a Fed Ex counter service. In this way, Fed Ex could cut down on pickup services and offer what the postal service already offers at a post office counter, in overnight and other day services.
Fed Ex could pay the postal service a management fee. The postal service then would save money on priority service. In this way, the postal service could make a new offer and receive new revenues.
