I feel the postal service should offer a Fed Ex counter service. In this way, Fed Ex could cut down on pickup services and offer what the postal service already offers at a post office counter, in overnight and other day services.

Fed Ex could pay the postal service a management fee. The postal service then would save money on priority service. In this way, the postal service could make a new offer and receive new revenues.
