Deepest place in Hell

I don’t know if I am the first person to use this phrase, but I would call what happened on April 15 the Second Boston Massacre.
I cannot get out of my mind the thought of the 8-year-old boy giving his father a hug as his dad crossed the finish line and then going back onto the sidewalk, where he was killed by the explosion.
The Italian poet Dante wrote about levels of Hell, and I think that the person or persons who committed this heinous act belong in the deepest level.
