Guest speaker Sandy Ihlenfeld, senior physical director of the Butler YMCA, deserved a standing ovation for her heartfelt message delivered during the Y’s Good Friday breakfast.

She provided a personal message about courage, the difficulties she encountered in her early life, and how she got her courage from prayer and Scripture.

She began her talk by saying how difficult it was for her to deliver her message, noting how difficult public speaking is for many people.
