Emily Chiappini and John Ruscetti

A Sept. 21 wedding is being planned by Emily Chiappini of Pittsburgh and John Ruscetti of Pittsburgh.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Ernest and Patricia Chiappini of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Frank and Rita Ruscetti of Pittsburgh.

The bride-elect is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School and a 2009 graduate of Penn State.

She is employed by Pricewaterhouse Coopers in Pittsburgh.

Her fiance graduated in 2000 from Fox Chapel High School and from Penn State in 2005.

He is employed by Wilshire Associates in Pittsburgh.
