Keva Toombs and Troy Cichra

An April 20 wedding is being planned by Keva Toombs of Oil City and Troy Cichra of Rouseville, Pa.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Dr. Daniel and Joann Toombs of Oil City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are David and Judith Cichra of Zelienople.

The bride-elect is a graduate of Cranberry High School, Franklin.

She is employed by the City of Franklin.

Her fiance graduated from Seneca Valley High School.

He is employed by the U.S. Postal Service.
