Cranberry library presents programs

The Cranberry Public Library will offer the following programs in the coming weeks:
• Learn how to protect and preserve your life savings while planning for the high costs of long-term care during a long-term care/estate planning workshop with Banner & Sechler, Attorneys at Law, at 6:30 p.m. Jan 31. Call Chris at 724-841-0004 for more information and to reserve a spot.
• Dr. Amanda Jordan of Jordan Family Chiropractic will speak about Five Foundations of Health at 7 p.m. Jan 30. She will share information on health and wellness to help start the New Year right. Registration is required for this seminar and can be made by calling the library.
• Janet Bouma, Certified Divorce Financial Analyst, will present a divorce workshop for women at 6:30 p.m. Thursday. She will discuss how to avoid some of the common financial mistakes people make during the divorce process and teach how to take control of your finances during a divorce.
Registration can be made at the library circulation desk or by calling the library.
n Shyam Das will lead a Mantra Meditation class at 2:30 p.m. Jan 27 as a way to remove stress and discover inner peace. There will be follow-up sessions in March and April.
• Dr. Stacy Jacob is back with her second college information session. She will cover the topics of applying to college, and what to do on a college visit. This program will be from 12:30 to 2 p.m. Feb. 23.
