A Feb. 22, 2014, wedding is being planned by Stephanie Fuchs and Marc Ingram, both of Oakdale. The bride-to-be is the daughter of Raimund and Cathy Fuchs of Butler. Mother of the prospective bridegroom is Jody Ingram of Johnstown. The bride-elect is a 2002 graduate of Butler High School and a 2006 graduate of La Roche College. She is a regional property manager with Pennrose Management in Pittsburgh. Her fiance graduated in 1996 from Bishop McCort High School and in 2006 from Duquesne University. He is a Sergeant First Class with the Pennsylvania Army National Guard.
