Doug Locke and Shannon O'Connor

A Sept. 21 wedding is being planned by Shannon O’Connor of Evans City and Doug Locke of Saxonburg.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Mark and Judy O’Connor of Evans City. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Bryon and Esther Locke of Saxonburg.

The bride-elect is a 2000 graduate of Seneca Valley High School and a 2006 graduate of Marshall University with her master’s of business administration.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Knoch High School and in 2008 from Grove City College with a degree in mechanical engineering.

They are both employed by II-VI in Saxonburg.
