Reinstall traffic light

My wife and I were driving through Butler when the light at Main and Jefferson streets turned red. We stopped at the intersection of Main and New Castle Street. About 30 seconds passed before I looked at my wife and raised the question of why we had stopped there, since there’s no longer a light there. We started to laugh and moved forward. In the meantime, a man was behind us and just sat there too without sounding his horn. Put the light back at Main and New Castle streets before accidents happen.
