Julieanne Scott and Chad Bell

An April 27 wedding is being planned by Julieanne Scott of Chicora and Chad Bell of Petrolia.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of William and Patricia Scott of Chicora. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are William and Beverly Bell of Petrolia.

The bride-elect is a 2008 graduate of Karns City High School and a 2011 graduate of Butler County Community College where she studied in the massage therapy and physical therapy assistant program.

She is employed by Blue Sky Therapy at Sugarcreek Rest.

Her fiancé graduated in 2006 from Karns City High School and in 2011 from Penn State University where he studied electrical engineering.

He is employed by Allegheny Ludlum in Brackenridge.
