Dispennett, Dusenberry

A wedding is being planned by Erin Dispennett of Ross Township and Stephen Dusenberry of Etna.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Maurice “Butch” and Susan Dispennett of Zelienople. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Shelly Dusenberry of Etna and the late Charles Dusenberry.

The bride-elect is a 1994 graduate of Seneca Valley High School, a 1998 cum laude graduate of Clarion University with her bachelor’s in elementary education/special education and a 2003 magna cum laude graduate of Slippery Rock University with her master’s in special education.

She is pursuing a special education supervisor’s certificate at Slippery Rock University.

She is employed as a sixth grade learning support teacher at Evans City Middle School.

Her fiance graduated in 1998 from North Catholic High School, in 2002 from Duquesne University with his bachelor’s in communications and political science and in 2008 cum laude from Point Park University with his master’s in communications.

He is pursuing a drum specialist certificate at Berklee College of Music and is a musician in the Pittsburgh area.
