Kory Lesney and Amanda Gruver

A July 13 wedding is being planned by Amanda Gruver of Butler and Kory Lesney of Sewickley.

The bride-to-be is the daughter of Stanley “Butch” Jr. and Pam Gruver of Butler. Parents of the prospective bridegroom are Eugene Lesney of Butler and Valeria Powell-Goodlin of Blairsville.

The bride-elect is a 2004 graduate of Butler High School and a 2008 graduate of Anderson University, where she studied music education.

She is employed by Penn Christian Academy in Penn Township.

Her fiance graduated in 2004 from Butler High School and in 2008 from Penn State University, where he studied turf grass science.

He is employed by Sewickley Heights Golf Club in Sewickley.
