I agree with Stella DeLess (Nov. 18 letters to the editor) about the bullying of county Commissioner Jim Eckstein by Commissioners Dale Pinkerton and William McCarrier — especially Pinkerton.

It is so “high school” to see Pinkerton laughing when Eckstein is speaking.

While I don’t feel it is adult the way the meetings are conducted, we need someone like Eckstein to bring to light the things that can be hidden about our county government.

And, believe me, it is enlightening to see things trying to be hidden.

We talk about open government. Well, let’s try to be that.

And it’s important for Pinkerton to understand that he doesn’t run the whole show.
