Krista and Craig McCaslin

Krista Halin and Craig McCaslin, both of Gibsonia were united in marriage Aug. 11 at St. Andrew Roman Catholic Church. The Rev. James Salberg officiated. A reception followed at the Butler Country Club.

The bride is the daughter of George and Karol Halin of Butler. Parents of the bridegroom are Mark and Theresa McCaslin of West Sunbury.

The honor attendant was Kara Geibel of Butler. Bridesmaids included Lisa Burek of Butler, Maura McCaslin of West Sunbury, Jessica Scherer of Renfrew, Andra Mingle of Orlando, Fla., Katrina Barger of Chicora and Elise Ziegler of Milton.

The flower girls were Addison Geibel and Kalin Burek, both of Butler.

Performing the duties of best man was Patrick McCaslin of West Sunbury. Ushers included Matthew Burek of Butler, Matthew Geibel of Butler, Randy Myros of Allison Park, Larry Hopper of Tarentum, Ross Brown of Pittsburgh and William Brown of Shaler.

The ring bearers were Ethan Geibel and Konner Burek, both of Butler.

The bride is a 2005 graduate of Butler High School and a 2010 graduate of Clarion University with her master’s degree in speech pathology.

She is employed by the Butler School District.

The bridegroom graduated from Moniteau High School in 2003. He is employed by Northern Pipeline.

Following a honeymoon trip to Emerald Isle, N.C., the couple is making their home in Gibsonia.
