Help Stand Tall

Thanks to the Butler Eagle for the great front-page photo of Butler Junior High School teacher Beth LeFebvre, one of the many stars of the Stand Tall program.

Since its inception in 2006, approximately 3,500 students have been involved in Stand Tall.

Many individuals from the community, along with the board of Butler County Against Heroin (BCAH), the teachers, and the school administration make this all possible.

The Reality Tour, which once was part of BCAH, other organizations and people are working to overcome the drug problem here.

We expect to have additional school districts become part of Stand Tall. If anyone is interested in joining our board, they may e-mail seedplanter@zoominternet.net.

We are looking for corporate sponsors and donations that can be made to B.C.A.H., P.O. Box 622, Butler, PA 16003. Those interested can become part of a successful prevention program and help make an impact on our community and future leaders.

There are many people concerned about our youth, and this is a way for them to have a positive impact on them. I would be happy to meet with any group, organization or church that wants to learn more about Stand Tall.
