When are two of our so-called Butler County commissioners going to settle down and do their jobs instead of spending so much time trying to turn everyone against Commissioner Jim Eckstein? What they’re doing isn’t going to work. Commissioner Dale Pinkerton wants to be number one. In my opinion, he ought to grow up first. Eckstein is looking out for the people of Butler County. The issue about Eckstein’s property in Evans City — what are people going to try to dig up next? All of the commissioners should do the job they’re getting paid to do. Meanwhile, in the city of Butler, what is the mayor doing to try to fix our problems? In my opinion, nothing. Going back to the issue of Eckstein’s property, we have worse houses in Butler. I think when election time comes around, the voters should think a little harder before they vote and vote for grown-ups, instead of kids. To Eckstein I say, “Good work.”
